The selection of complete equipment should comprehensively consider parameters such as usage environment, cabinet form, installation method, voltage level, insulation level, protection level, number of input and output circuits, and rated current. The equipment parameters should meet the requirements of load development and comply with the wiring and grounding requirements of the network. In areas with distribution network automation planning, equipment selection should also meet the telemetry, remote signaling, and remote control requirements of distribution network automation.

柜内布局是系统思维的直接体现。优良的成套柜体内部各小室分工明确、互不干扰、独立工作。柜内接线端子应与出线导线截面匹配，杜绝小端子配大截面导线的隐患。箱柜内应有足够的排线空间，独立的零线和地线采用接线柱支撑。所有元器件在柜内的安装须紧固可靠，不得有打滑或损坏镀层现象，并应有防松措施。

The layout inside the cabinet is a direct reflection of systems thinking. The high-quality complete cabinet has clear division of labor, no interference with each other, and works independently in each small chamber inside. The wiring terminals inside the cabinet should match the cross-sectional area of the outgoing wires to eliminate the hidden danger of small terminals being paired with large cross-sectional wires. There should be sufficient wiring space inside the cabinet, and independent neutral and ground wires should be supported by terminal posts. All components must be securely installed inside the cabinet, without slipping or damaging the coating, and anti loosening measures should be taken.

接地系统是电气成套设备安全性的核心保障。配电箱、柜的金属部分——包括电器的安装板、支架和电器金属外壳等——均须良好接地。配电箱、柜的门、敷板等处若装设电器且可开启时，应以裸铜软线穿透明塑料管与接地金属构架可靠连接。这种系统性的接地设计确保了一处故障不会演变为系统性风险。

The grounding system is the core guarantee for the safety of electrical equipment. The metal parts of distribution boxes and cabinets, including the installation plates, brackets, and metal casings of electrical appliances, must be well grounded. If electrical appliances are installed on the doors, panels, etc. of distribution boxes and cabinets and can be opened, they should be reliably connected to the grounded metal frame with bare copper flexible wires threaded through transparent plastic pipes. This systematic grounding design ensures that a fault does not evolve into a systemic risk.

电气联锁同样是成套设备不可忽视的细节。对于有电气联动要求的配电柜和配电箱，电气联动装置须达到动作灵敏可靠的要求。采用分励脱扣的断路器，其相应接线应接至接线端子并应有明确标记。好柜子是设计出来的——有规范、有设计，要明确地落实到图纸上，才能让成套加工方按要求制造出来。从系统图到原理图，从布置图到接线图，每一张图纸都是系统思维的载体，每一次元器件选型都是工程逻辑的体现。

For distribution cabinets and boxes with electrical linkage requirements, the electrical linkage device must meet the requirements of sensitive and reliable operation. The corresponding wiring of the circuit breaker with shunt release should be connected to the terminal block and clearly marked.
