Under the frequent occurrence of overloading in power plants, slow increase in load, abnormal operation of cooling devices, internal faults in transformers, etc., lead to transformer overload operation. Excessive temperature can cause insulation aging, resulting in a decrease in paper strength and premature aging of transformer insulation boards. Therefore, the impact of external faults may lead to insulation damage, resulting in faults.
4. 线的干扰。线路干扰是造成变压器事故的主要因素。主要包括过电压、低负荷时的峰值电压、线路故障、闪络等异常现象。这种故障在变压器故障中占很大比例。因此,应定期进行冲击保护试验,检测变压器的抗励磁电流强度。
