这些年的工作经验，电气成套也可以说是一门“遗憾的工作”，距今我也没做过十全十美满意的电气柜，每一次完工总有不少留待下次改进的地方，这也许就是我们不断进步的动力。但不管我们现在成套水平究竟如何，有一个原则我还是愿意与大家共享，那就是“实现功能位，可靠耐用第二位，利于维护第三位，便于加工第四位，美观整洁第五位”，前三点重要，而后两点有时还需要做些妥协折衷，毕竟所有的一切还会受制于成本的因素。基于这个原则做的点评，在这里按我的习惯我只说我觉得做得明显不足的地方，我不说的也不一定就是没有问题了，可能遗漏了，也可能不是那么的重要，当然是没问题。01

　　图一上图柜体成套存在的问题:1、总进线设计不合理，不美观，不，留给进线开关的上下空间位置太局促，空开进出线相与相之间均没有安装隔片，电缆与端子之间存在较大的应力，建议使用铜排结构进线，空开加装门手柄操作。2、布局不甚合理，强电把弱电包围在其中了，接地措施不佳，产生干扰是比较难解决的。02

　　3、要形成一套适合自己的成套加工工艺和规范，养成成套加工按图施工的良好习惯，分清权限与责任，图纸错了设计工程师负责，没按图制作成套加工方负责。

　　6、即使在加工成套的过程中，设计工程师有条件也应多下车间，关心自己设计的正在被加工成套的电气柜，与现场的成套加工方多沟通：掌握生产加工的进度；及时发现并解决现实生产中遇到的问题或一些细节处理方面的问题(尤其是线槽盖板还没有盖上的时候)；有条件多拍摄一些电气柜在不同加工成套阶段的照片，留下图片资料，供后续设计上的对比分析参考改进之用。

　　6.
