济南机箱机柜:高品质的机柜结构需要遵循哪些设计规范

  机柜的结构、材料选择以及表面防护等方面具有如下特点:

  1、机柜框架

  1. Cabinet frame

  柜体框架采用2mm厚高强度冷轧钢板(根据用户需要也可以采用高强度电解钢板或高强度敷铝锌钢板)焊接式框架结构,整体具有较高的强度和刚度,不易变形;机架有良好的加工和装配工艺性、搬运性能和良好的导电(接地)性能。机架各部件(包括安装支承部分)在所需安装重量4倍以上载荷下,不发生过量变形和损坏。机架各接地点(螺孔、螺柱)与机架各金属件之间的电阻应小于0.01欧姆。各接地螺柱(孔)应为M8铜质或不锈钢质。机架顶部和底部,设计有良好的安装、搬运接口,接口紧固螺纹为M12。机架的上、下分别设有可满足整机配置时的出线口,且原则上电源线和信号线应分开出线。光纤出口处应有专门套管保护。上部应设有与线缆桥架相联的接口;骨架上以25mm为间隔排布模数孔,柜架装配便利而又异常坚固。整个框架由横向和纵向螺栓精确联接,框架结构免维护。

Each grounding stud (hole) should be made of M8 copper or stainless steel. The top and bottom of the rack are designed with good installation and handling interfaces, and the interface fastening thread is M12. The upper and lower parts of the rack are respectively equipped with outlet ports that can meet the maximum configuration of the whole machine, and in principle, the power line and signal line should be separated for outlet. There should be a dedicated sleeve for protection at the fiber optic outlet. The upper part should have an interface connected to the cable tray; Modular holes are arranged at intervals of 25mm on the skeleton, making cabinet assembly convenient and exceptionally sturdy. The entire frame is precisely connected by horizontal and vertical bolts, and the frame structure is maintenance free.4.1

  2、充电模块插框

  充电模块的安装部分采用了插框固定式结构,保证了充电模块带电插拔的配合精度,使带电插拔操作可靠,同时也使柜体平面布局更加协调美观;为避免因部件推拉安装过程金属表面滑动摩擦损伤而导致生锈,监控模块和充电模块等推拉安装式部件的滑动导轨采用不锈钢材料。

  3、机柜前门

  机柜前门采用周边为2mm厚高强度冷轧钢板,中间为5mm钢化玻璃镶嵌结构。前门美观大方,透视度高,坚固,前门开启转角大于120度,并配有拉杆扭转式锁,采用三点锁定,并在机柜前门或经常开合处设计防撞、减振装置;前门通风孔根据防护等级分为两种形式:柜体防护等级为IP30时,前门通风孔为六角网孔;柜体防护等级为IP41时,前门通风孔为百叶窗孔。

  4、机柜后门      柜体采用双开式后门,每扇后门开启转角大于90度。后门开启采用拉杆扭转式锁,并在内侧备有文件框以方便现场工作。为提高刚度和防止变形,其门板焊有加强筋。后门上的通风网与前门下部及充电模块插框上部设有的通风网,使冷、热空气形成对流,以增强散热效果。

  为保证机柜自身以及机柜内部各器件具有良好的接地性能,机柜框架的下方设有M12压焊式铜螺柱,用于与接地网相连。机柜的下方设有截面积不小于100mm2的接地铜母排,并可靠固定在压焊于机柜框架的铜螺柱上。各器件安装板及侧横梁均采用高强度无花镀锌钢板。减少了喷漆和电镀工艺,保护环境,符合ISO-14001环境管理国际的规定。各器件安装板、侧横梁、机柜的内门、后门均采用截面积不小于6mm2的镀锌铜质导电带或多股铜线与接地铜母排连接,以确保良好的接地。

  6、的表面防护      机柜表面在经过严格的除油、除锈和磷化处理后,喷涂两层底漆,并采用静电粉体烤漆工艺完成表面喷塑。机柜防腐等级为户内防中等腐蚀型:F1。机柜表面喷涂采用小皱纹塑粉,以满足电力行业关于屏柜表面无反光、不耀眼的视觉要求。其塑粉不含有危险化学物质、铅或其他重金属,并具有、无臭、无污染及附着力强的优点。涂层外观色泽柔和、协调,质量优异。

  6. High quality surface protection cabinets undergo strict degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating treatment on their surfaces, followed by two layers of primer spraying and surface coating using electrostatic powder coating technology. The anti-corrosion level of the cabinet is indoor medium anti-corrosion type: F1. The cabinet surface is sprayed with small wrinkle plastic powder to meet the visual requirements of the power industry for non reflective and non dazzling screen cabinet surfaces. Its plastic powder does not contain hazardous chemicals, lead, or other heavy metals, and has the advantages of being non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, and having strong adhesion. The coating has a soft and harmonious appearance, with excellent quality.

  7、机柜的标准化、模块化设计

  目前公司对标准化、模块化系数的初步要求是不小于70%,不过还应该根据产品客户化要求的不同而有所区别。为达到较高的标准化、模块化系数,应遵循以下一些通用准则:柜体外观标准化,公司维谛EG110色(小皱纹灰白色);柜体尺寸标准化,有800宽X600深X2260高(mm),600宽X600深X2260高(mm)两种标准;机柜各单元模块化,可将柜体分解成平行小装配单元,尽量采用积木式结构,以利于提高生产率、降低工艺复杂程度。(一般可分解为交流单元、监控单元、模块单元、直流馈出单元、维护单元、防护单元等)。

  8、机柜方便的安装维护和使用

  9、机柜边框、棱角做光滑处理

  机柜的边框、棱角以及任何可触及的地方,不能有毛刺、尖锐棱边等可能对操作者或线缆造成损坏的可能性。在装配时,可能产生机械割刮伤的地方有:整机机柜的内外边框,贴板名条棱边,插框、部件着手的地方,电缆走线的走线槽或走线条以及靠近走线的棱边,电缆进出线的进出线口等。我司柜体结构设计时考虑充分倒圆,或者增加卷边以及使用喷砂等去毛刺措施。出线孔光滑,经充分倒圆或者采用翻边的形式或者套防护套,以保证走线及维护操作。

When designing the cabinet structure of our company, we consider fully rounding, adding curled edges, and using deburring measures such as sandblasting. The outlet holes are smooth and have been fully rounded or flanged or covered with protective sleeves to ensure safe wiring and maintenance operations.

  10、机柜防静电设计

  10. Cabinet anti-static design

  机柜有可靠的防静电接地装置,地电阻小于4Ω。防静电地线不得与电源零线相接,不得与防雷地线共用,使用三相五线制的供电时,其地线可以作防静电地线。机柜的接地系统,包括限流电阻和连接端子连接可靠并具有一定载流能力,限流电阻阻值选择应保证漏泄电流不超过5mA,机柜内的金属零件设计避免有尖锐边缘,以免引起二次电弧。

The anti-static grounding wire shall not be connected to the neutral wire of the power supply, nor shall it be shared with the lightning protection grounding wire. When using a three-phase five wire power supply, its grounding wire can be used as an anti-static grounding wire. The grounding system of the cabinet, including the current limiting resistor and the connection terminal, should be reliably connected and have a certain current carrying capacity. The selection of the current limiting resistor resistance should ensure that the leakage current does not exceed 5mA. The metal parts inside the cabinet should be designed to avoid sharp edges to prevent secondary arcing.

  11、机柜环境防护设计

  环境防护能力设计,主要包括防水、防尘、散热保温、防鼠防虫和防恶意损坏。

  所有进风口处均根据客户要求设计有防水防尘措施,我司交直流防护标准为IP30和IP41。防尘网材料采用不锈钢网;防尘网的结构便于吸尘器进行清理。所用防尘网及安装件有良好的防火阻燃性能。机柜可以有效地防止老鼠的进入,所有进、出线口,通风口和外部接口,均设计有防鼠结构,即工作状态下,不得有15×15mm2以上的外部孔洞。线缆接口处的活动盖板,有紧固以防鼠类挤入。

  我司机柜外包装箱均采用立式木箱包装,分为国内立式木箱包装及出口立式木箱包装,采用实木材料,钢带铁扣镶扣边框,美观且牢固易拆装,适用于出口及国内物流包装。
