Check whether the sheet metal drawing (panel opening drawing) provided by the technical department meets the drawing requirements.
Check the cabinet structure to see if the installation holes of primary components such as switches and mechanisms are correct.
Check if the cabinet is deformed and if the surface is damaged.
When assembling the product skeleton, the perpendicularity (measured using diagonal error), flatness, and gap errors formed between structural elements should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
Before assembly, the structure should be checked to see if the protection level of the shell meets the relevant standards (generally reaching IP30).
The door should be opened flexibly. The angle of opening the door should not be less than 90 °.
The plating layer of electroplated parts should not have defects such as peeling, peeling, blackening, rusting, etc. When assembling the skeleton, the parts with the aforementioned defects should be excluded.
The spraying layer on the external surface of the device should have good adhesion, without defects such as wrinkles, flow marks, bubbles, impurities, brush marks, transparent color, etc. The color should be uniform, and the surface coating should not be glare. Visual inspection should be conducted at a distance of 1m from the device, and there should be no significant color difference between devices used in the same batch or in parallel.
