  一、拔出推进时操作应注意的事项:1/4抽屉与1/2抽屉(黑色的):当把抽屉向里面推进时,在抽屉推进前,先把抽屉放平,在滑轨上来回推动几下,确认已落槽,再推进。(若没落槽,就推进后,该抽屉将很难再拉出来,因抽屉两边的镶嵌的隔板卡住柜体框架而拔不出来,会毁坏抽屉两边的隔板和一次插件)

  1、将上下两抽屉拔出,用长螺丝刀通过缝隙压迫镶嵌板的卡住点,再拔出,如果硬拉出,将不可避免导致抽屉框架的损坏。

  因开机或正常运行时,上下两抽屉难免都在运行,可能不允许拔出抽屉,故处理比较麻烦,所以送电时要注意该方法的运用,做到心急而手不急,按正常顺序操作,减少故障时间,避免影响生产

  2、在抽屉推进时,距合上位置15CM左右时,用23磅的力推进即可。切忌抽屉的全行程猛推,这样极易损坏抽屉;如用力太小,又不易推进到位。

  2. When pushing the drawer forward, apply a force of 2 to 3 pounds when it is about 15CM away from the closed position. Never forcefully push the drawer throughout its full range, as this can easily damage the drawer; If the force is too small and difficult to push into place.

  3、在抽屉推进后的操作顺序:旋转旋钮(黑色)到试验位置按绿色启动按钮启动(如接触器吸合,运行指示灯亮,说明完好)然后按住旋钮(垂直旋钮轴心微用力直接旋转到运行位置,旋钮的红线是垂直方向);

  3.   如果不用力按住旋钮,将会撑坏按钮,导致无法送电;打旋钮送电时,有时会出现难以旋动,此时要检查抽屉是否旋转到位。外观看,抽屉框架与柜体框架是否合缝,即使有小小的12MM的距离都不行。

  二、大抽屉

  2、 Large drawer

  1、上述2,3也是其注意点。

  2、在推进时,也要试拉几下,这是因抽屉后面的二次插头和一次主插头与框架母体插接不对,(这在抽屉因故障更换时要注意,这是因为这些抽屉后面的插接头布置的类型有不同)。

When advancing, it is also necessary to try pulling a few times, as the secondary plug and primary plug behind the drawer are not properly connected to the frame body (this should be noted when replacing the drawer due to a malfunction, as the types of connectors arranged behind these drawers are different).

  3、有时在往外拔出抽屉时,拔不出来,应稍稍向上用力提一下,再往外拉出(当然是同时进行的),如在框架上端的抽屉,就因为往往忽略了这一点,而难以拔出。

  4、对于二次旋钮的操作与1/4抽屉与1/2抽屉3的操作方式一样。要记住的是只有当二次旋钮达到运行位置时,才能把一次开关的旋钮推到运行位置,否则会损坏一次开关的旋钮而送不上电。

  5、抽屉打不开来,主要是旋纽旋不过来的问题。

  这是个主要的问题,假设坏的情况下:此时的抽屉往往是合闸状态,且又处于故障下,而生产又急于要求恢复送电开启。(1)、认识上,对于旋纽的指示位置不要过于迷信,因为它毕竟只是个机械连锁,可通过不断旋转两个旋纽位置(远控、就地旋纽;和主开关旋纽),其位置可以试着稍稍偏离一点,再试行打开,一般打开都没有问题。

  This is the most important issue, assuming the worst-case scenario: the drawer is often closed and in a faulty state, and production is eager to restore power supply and open it. (1) In terms of understanding, do not be too superstitious about the indication position of the knob, because it is only a mechanical chain after all. By continuously rotating two knob positions (remote control, local knob; and main switch knob), the position can be slightly deviated and then opened, and generally there is no problem with opening.

  (2)、若遇到确实打不开的抽屉,而生产又催得比较急的情况。

  其快速复位送电的操作步骤:

  The operation steps for quick reset and power transmission are as follows:

  a:在远程、就地旋纽旁边的有一小孔(右下方),用小螺丝刀伸进小孔向下压挡板。

  a: There is a small hole (bottom right) next to the remote and local knob. Use a small screwdriver to insert into the hole and press down on the baffle.

  b:在一次关左侧有一小孔,同样用另一小螺丝刀伸进去顶开。

  b: There is a small hole on the left side that needs to be closed once, and another small screwdriver should be inserted to open it.

  c:两螺丝刀同时用力解锁,打开抽屉门。

  c: Use two screwdrivers to simultaneously unlock and open the drawer door.

  d:手动调整一次开关前面连杆(有时往往打不开,就是因为该处连杆卡住)断开主开关。

  d: Manually adjust the front link of the switch once (sometimes it cannot be opened because the link is stuck) to disconnect the main switch.

  e:再确认主开关下方的机械连杆是否已释放到位,若没到位,活动一下即可。

  f:旋开二次开关按钮,抽出位置

  9:抽出抽屉,然后复位,恢复送电。

  h:只有一次开关与二次开关啮合到位抽屉才能抽拉自如、开关才能旋转流畅。

  说明:上述步骤基本上都能马上解决,当然不排除在+过程会出现一点意外情况,此时要好好确认一下e步骤是否确已释放到位,然后再取下黑色的旋纽面板,检查齿轮和齿条有无松落或硬卡住,调整一下即可,如果都是好的,才有可能确认是润滑不好,此时可用板手,用两三磅的力试旋开,切不可用力过猛。所以,只要稍加注意,柜子抽屉卡死的问题都能解决的,解决的过程是决不可以用硬砸,硬撬的。
