济南机箱机柜安装务必要需要关注的三个大项和34个小项

  一 机柜安装要求一 机柜安装要求1、 机柜安装前必须检查机柜排风设备是否完好,设备托板数量是否齐全以及滑轮、支撑柱是否完好等

  2、 机柜型号、规格,安装位置,应符合设计要求。  3、 机柜安装垂直偏差度应不大于3mm,水平误差不应大于2mm。几个机柜并排在一起,面板应在同一平面上并与基准线平行,前后偏差不得大于3mm;两个机柜中间缝隙不得大于3mm。对于相互有一定间隔而排成一列的设备,其面板前后偏差不得大于5mm;4、 机柜的各种零件不得脱落或碰坏,漆面如有脱落应预以补漆,各种标志应完整、清晰;5、 机柜安装应牢固,有抗震要求时,按施工图的抗震设计进行加固;6、 机柜不宜直接安装在活动地板上,宜按设备的底平面尺寸制作底座,底座直接与地面固定,机柜固定在底座上,然后铺设活动地板;7、 安装机柜面板,架前应预留有800mm空间,机柜背面离墙距离应大于600mm,以便于安装和施工;8、 壁挂式机柜距地面宜为1200mm;9、 机柜内的设备、部件的安装,应在机柜定位完毕并固定后进行,安装在机柜内的设备应牢固10、 机柜上的固定螺丝、垫片和弹簧垫圈均应按要求紧固不得遗漏;11、 悬挂式壁挂安装应安装在平整坚固的墙面上,距离地面少300mm,保持与墙面水平、垂直,垂直偏差应小于3mm。12、 墙体上开孔应避免破坏墙体内管线,开孔深度不得低于70mm,固定机柜所用膨胀螺丝钉不得少于4个(悬挂式C型机柜为6个)。必要时须在机柜下放置支撑物,以保证机柜的稳固。13、 落地式柜体安装,安装基座时要综合考虑机柜的开门方向和操作便利性,优先考虑配线舱的开门方向。设备舱门和配线舱门必须能完全开启。14、 机柜要做好防雷接地保护。15、 柜体安装完毕应做好标识,标识应统一、清晰、美观。机箱安装完毕后,柜体进出线缆孔洞应采用防火胶泥封堵。做好防鼠、防虫、防水和防潮处理。

The cabinet should not be directly installed on the raised floor. It is advisable to make a base according to the bottom plane size of the equipment, fix the base directly to the ground, fix the cabinet on the base, and then lay the raised floor; 7. Install the cabinet panel, with a reserved space of 800mm in front of the rack, and the distance between the back of the cabinet and the wall should be greater than 600mm for easy installation and construction; 8. The wall mounted cabinet should be 1200mm above the ground; 9. The installation of equipment and components inside the cabinet should be carried out after the cabinet is positioned and fixed, and the equipment installed inside the cabinet should be firm. 10. The fixing screws, washers, and spring washers on the cabinet should be tightened as required without omission; 11. Suspended wall mounted installation should be installed on a flat and sturdy wall surface, at least 300mm away from the ground, kept horizontal and vertical to the wall, with a vertical deviation of less than 3mm. 12. Holes on the wall should avoid damaging the pipelines inside the wall, and the depth of the holes should not be less than 70mm. The number of expansion screws used to fix the cabinet should not be less than 4 (6 for suspended C-type cabinets). If necessary, supports must be placed under the cabinet to ensure its safety and stability. 13. When installing a floor standing cabinet, the opening direction and ease of operation of the cabinet should be considered comprehensively when installing the base, with priority given to the opening direction of the wiring compartment. The equipment cabin door and wiring cabin door must be able to be fully opened. 14. The cabinet should be well protected against lightning and grounding. 15. The cabinet should be properly labeled after installation, and the labeling should be uniform, clear, and aesthetically pleasing. After the installation of the chassis, the cable holes in and out of the cabinet should be sealed with fireproof adhesive. Take measures to prevent rodents, insects, water, and moisture.

  二 机柜内设备的安装布局及要求 机柜内设备的安装布局1、 机柜由上到下主要分为四个区域:交流分配单元、配线架、有源设备、光缆终端盒。

  2、 交流配电单元从性的要求放在机柜的上端。3、 语音及网络配线架安装在易于操作的位置,放在交流配电单元的下面。4、 配线架往下为有源设备区:差不多的设备根据功能及线缆连接需要安排位置,比如交换机、路由器,光端机,网桥,三者是一一连接的,为了防止信号线的交叉及功能区域的易于维护,的排列顺序从下往上是光端机->网桥->路由器->交换机。大的设备安装在机柜下部,并且使用机柜托盘承重。光纤收发器由于体积小,数量多,无法在机柜里面固定安装,也放在托盘上安装。5、 层放光缆终端盒,也放在托盘上安装。

In order to prevent signal line crossing and facilitate maintenance of functional areas, the best arrangement order from bottom to top is optical transceivers ->bridges ->routers ->switches. Large equipment is installed at the bottom of the cabinet and supported by cabinet trays. Due to their small size and large quantity, fiber optic transceivers cannot be fixedly installed in cabinets and are also installed on trays. 5. The bottom layer is equipped with fiber optic cable terminal boxes, which are also installed on trays.

  三 机柜内走线要求走线要求1、 缆线的布放应自然平直,不得产生扭绞、打圈接头等现象,不应受外力的挤压和损伤。

  2、 缆线两端应贴有标签,应标明编号,标签书写应清晰,端正和正确。标签应选用不易损坏的材料。3、 在线缆预留方面,对于固定安装的机柜,在机柜内不应有预留线长,预留线应预留在可以隐蔽的地方,长度在1m-1.5m之间。对于可移动的机柜,连入机柜的全部线缆在连入机柜的入口处,应少预留1m,同时各种线缆的预留长度相互之间的差别应不超过0.5m。4、 缆线终接后,应有余量。5、 光缆布放宜盘留,预留长度宜为3~5m,有特殊要求的应按设计要求预留长度。6、 不同电压等级,不同电流类别的线路应分开布置,分隔敷设。7、 引入机柜内的缆线应从机柜的下方进入机柜,沿机柜后方两侧立杆向上引入配线架,卡入跳线架连接块内的单根线缆色标应和跳线架的色标相一致,大对数线缆按标准色谱的组合规定进行排序8、 接线端子各种标志应齐全,数据配线架及交换机设备安装完成后,标贴机打标签:注明对应房间号以及端口号9、 缆线在终接前,必须核对缆线标识内容是否正确10、 缆线中间不允许有接头11、 缆线终接处必须牢固、接触良好12、 缆线终接应符合设计和施工操作规程13、 对绞电缆与插接件连接应认准线号、线位色标,不得颠倒和错接14、 尾纤不能用扎带,尤其不能扎的太紧,用专用的绑扎带,如:魔束带

After cable termination, there should be a margin. 5. The optical cable layout should be coiled and reserved with a length of 3-5m. If there are special requirements, the reserved length should be according to the design requirements. 6. Lines with different voltage levels and current categories should be arranged and laid separately. 7. The cables introduced into the cabinet should enter from the bottom of the cabinet and be led upwards along the vertical poles on both sides behind the cabinet into the distribution frame. The single cable color code inserted into the jumper frame connection block should be consistent with the color code of the jumper frame. The large number of cables should be sorted according to the combination regulations of the standard color spectrum. 8. All markings of the wiring terminals should be complete. After the installation of the data distribution frame and switch equipment, the labeling machine should label them: indicating the corresponding room number and port number. 9. Before terminating the cable, it is necessary to check whether the cable identification content is correct. 10. No joints are allowed in the middle of the cable. 11. The cable termination must be firm and in good contact. 12. The cable termination should comply with the design and construction operation regulations. 13. The connection between twisted pair cables and plug-in connectors should identify the wire number and wire. The color code should not be reversed or misconnected. 14. Cable ties should not be used for tail fibers, Especially not tied too tightly, it is best to use specialized binding straps, such as magic straps
