During installation, the distribution cabinet should be placed on the foundation steel bars in the order shown in the construction drawings. The verticality of the surface and sides of the individual cabinet can be adjusted. The entire problem can be solved by adding gaskets, but not more than three gaskets, and the welding is firm. After placing each unit in a row of cabinets, adjust the levelness and panel deviation of the PDC. Adjustments should be made to meet the requirements of construction specifications.
2. The installation should be embedded in the box, and the installation panel should be flush with the wall; Wall mounted distribution cabinets can be fixed to the wall with expansion bolts, but hollow bricks or dovetail bolts should be embedded in the block wall or fixed with square head bolts. After adjusting the PDC, install bolts on the PDC body and tighten the steel bars.
3. The grounding precautions for the high and low voltage complete equipment are as follows: each PDC is connected to the foundation steel. Copper cables can be used to connect the PE busbar in the PDC to the grounding bolt. According to the connection situation, spring washers must be added to prevent loosening. Each cabinet door should be securely connected to the PE busbar using copper braided wire.
4. Connect the top of the distribution cabinet to the busbar, and pay attention to tightening the busbar matching wrench as required. The contact surface should be coated with neutral Vaseline. When connecting busbars between distribution cabinets, pay attention to whether the busbars are too close to other equipment or enclosures, and pay attention to the correct phase.
After the control wire is calibrated, form a circle for each core wire and connect it to each terminal block using galvanized screws, lifting rings, and spring pads. Usually, there is one wire on each side of the strip, one wire at each terminal, and then two wires, and a lifting ring is added between the two wires. Multiple wires should be tinned and not broken.
6. Control circuit inspection: Check whether the circuit is loose due to transportation and other factors, tighten it, and check whether the electrical components are damaged.
