This structural form not only ensures the interchangeability of the chassis, but also makes the cabinet malleable and can be expanded when necessary. Frame-type whole-panel chassis module is usually used as an extension with certain functions, such as transmitting extension, receiving extension, power supply extension, etc. The drawer-type full-panel chassis is similar to the storage drawer, and is composed of the front panel and the bottom plate (including the rear panel and the left and right side plates) and other common components. The bottom plate is bent from steel plate and connected with fasteners. This chassis module is generally used as a backup drawer, and is usually used to store some spare accessories, files and tools. The two types of chassis have different functions and can be used as chassis modules according to actual needs.
Due to the adoption of a series of modular design, the chassis and cabinet not only reduce unnecessary duplication in design and manufacturing, greatly simplify the design, shorten the development cycle of new products, but also ensure the interchangeability and unity between products, greatly improve the reliability of products, and bring convenience to the commissioning, use and maintenance of the whole machine.
