总配电箱到分配电箱接线的方法是什么?

故障或不正常运行时借助保护电器切断电路或报警。借测量仪表可显示运行中的各种参数,还可对某些电气参数进行调整,对偏离正常工作状态进行提示或发出信号常用于发、配、变电所中。

The measuring instrument can display various parameters in operation, adjust some electrical parameters, prompt or send signals for deviation from the normal working state, which is often used in power generation, distribution and substation.
1、从总配电箱的分配电开关分别出黄绿、红(A、B、C)三相线,淡蓝色工作零线从工作零接线端引出,黄绿双色PE保护零线从PE端子引出。(注意:总配电箱门与箱体必须采用编织软铜线可靠连接保护接零,五线之间架设的安全距离);
1. The yellow green and red (a, B, c) three-phase lines are respectively led out from the distribution switch of the main distribution box, the light blue working zero line is led out from the working zero terminal, and the yellow green two-color PE protection zero line is led out from the PE terminal. (Note: the door and box of the main distribution box must be reliably connected with braided soft copper wire to protect the neutral, and the safe distance between the five lines);
2、线路的黄、绿、红三相线接入到二级分配电箱的总隔离开关上,淡蓝色的N线接入到漏电保护器的N端子,通过漏保后接到工作零线子端子板;

The yellow, green and red three-phase lines of the line are connected to the main disconnector of the secondary distribution box, the light blue n line is connected to the N terminal of the leakage protector, and connected to the working zero line sub terminal board after passing the leakage protection;
3、黄绿双色的PE线接入到保护零端子板PE板子;

4、从二分配电箱的总隔离开关引出三相线到漏电保护器;

5、从漏电保护器接线端引出相线到分路隔离开关;(注意:PE线不能进入漏电保护器,因为线路末端漏电保护器动作会使级漏电保护跳闸造成大范围停电);
5. Lead out the phase line from the terminal of leakage protector to the shunt disconnector; (Note: PE line cannot enter the leakage protector, because the action of the leakage protector at the end of the line will trip the level leakage protection and cause large-scale power failure);
6、黄、绿、红三相线分别从分配电箱的分路隔离开关引出,从N板接线端子引出淡蓝色的工作零线,从PE板接线端子引出黄绿双色保护零线;(注意:分配电箱门与箱体间必须采用编织软铜线可靠连接作保护接零)。

The yellow, green and red three-phase lines are respectively led out from the shunt disconnector of the distribution box, the light blue working zero line is led out from the wiring terminal of N board, and the yellow and green two-color protection zero line is led out from the wiring terminal of PE board; (Note: braided soft copper wire must be reliably connected between the distribution box door and the box as protective neutral connection).
