The dimensional errors and flatness of the cut directly affect the overall quality of subsequent bending, welding, assembly, and other processes. Even millimeter level deviations can lead to excessive splicing gaps and structural deformation in the cabinet, ultimately affecting the assembly accuracy and performance of the entire electrical equipment set.   电气成套机柜常用的基材以冷轧钢板、镀锌板为主,基材厚度根据机柜承重、使用场景需求精准选定,裁板工序的核心,就是将整卷或整张的原始板材,按照生产图纸标注的规格尺寸,通过裁板设备加工成标准半成品板材。整套工序全程依托数控机械化设备完成,摒弃传统人工切割的粗放模式,从源头保障尺寸统一性与加工精准度,适配大批量、标准化的机柜生产需求,同时兼顾小批量定制订单的柔性加工。

  The commonly used base materials for electrical complete sets of cabinets are cold-rolled steel plates and galvanized steel plates. The thickness of the base material is precisely selected according to the load-bearing capacity of the cabinet and the requirements of the usage scenario. The core of the cutting process is to process the entire roll or sheet of original sheet metal into standard semi-finished sheet metal according to the specifications and dimensions marked on the production drawings through professional cutting equipment.   The first step in the cutting operation is to load the substrate. The operator selects the corresponding thickness and material of iron or galvanized sheet according to the production order requirements, and places the sheet steadily on the feeding platform of the cutting machine to ensure that the sheet is placed neatly and without deviation, which is a prerequisite for ensuring cutting accuracy. Subsequently, technicians input the dimensional parameters and cutting specifications in the drawings into the CNC system of the cutting machine in advance, complete the program preset, and the equipment will strictly follow the set parameters to automatically perform cutting operations. There is no need for manual measurement or marking throughout the process, completely avoiding the dimensional deviation caused by manual operation and achieving mechanized precision operation.

  数控裁板机启动后,会按照程序快速完成板材切割,单块板材切割完成后,并非直接进入下一道工序,而是执行严格的**随机复试抽检**流程。这是电气成套生产的核心质控环节,即便机械化生产误差极低,操作人员仍会按照生产规范,随机抽取切割完成的板材,使用量具核对尺寸、检测切口平整度,复核数据与图纸要求完全一致后,这批板材才能判定为合格,进入下一环节。复试抽检的目的,就是杜绝尺寸偏差、切口毛刺等问题流入后续工序,将品质管控前置到首道工序。

Even if the error of mechanized production is extremely low, the operator will still randomly select the cut boards according to the production specifications, use professional measuring tools to check the size, detect the flatness of the incision, and verify that the data is completely consistent with the drawing requirements before this batch of boards can be judged as qualified and enter the next stage. The purpose of retesting and sampling is to prevent problems such as size deviation and burrs from flowing into subsequent processes, and to prioritize quality control in the first process.

  合格板材切割完成后,转运环节同样遵循规范流程。车间通过专用叉车,将切割好的半成品板材分类码放指定区域,按照规格、批次做好标识,统一转运后续生产车间,等待折弯加工,分类码放能避免板材磕碰、划伤,同时方便后续工序快速调取,提升整体生产效率。对于切割作业完成后剩余的卷板余料,操作人员会使用专用吊机,平稳吊运原材料存放区归位存放,做到物料有序管理、不浪费、不杂乱,维持车间标准化生产秩序。

  After the qualified sheet cutting is completed, the transportation process also follows the standardized procedures. The workshop uses dedicated forklifts to classify and stack the cut semi-finished boards in designated areas, label them according to specifications and batches, and transport them to subsequent production workshops for bending and processing. Sorting and stacking can avoid board collisions and scratches, and facilitate quick retrieval for subsequent processes, improving overall production efficiency. For the remaining coil material after the cutting operation is completed, the operator will use a dedicated crane to smoothly lift it to the raw material storage area and store it back in place, ensuring orderly management of materials, no waste, and no disorder, and maintaining standardized production order in the workshop.
